Medicine and Medical Supply distribution

In our medical healthcare initiatives, we have been able to process essential medicine to combat illnesses from malaria, typhoid, ulcer, to the common cold. To aid in the treatment of HIV/Aids patients and those recovering from traumatic surgery with severe weight loss, we were able to obtain clearance through the US Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), as well as the Sierra Leone Pharmacy Board and Director of Central Medical Stores that issues clearance permits for controlled substances to import this essential anabolic steroid Oxandrolone (Oxandrin). Alpha Foundation and our partnering agencies successfully processed over $6,000,000 (six million) USD in this much needed medicine, air freighted into Sierra Leone for the first time in the country's history.

Working with partnering agencies in the United States, Canada, Europe, and within Sierra Leone itself, we distributed tens of millions worth of medicines and medical supplies to institutions throughout the country, including two X-Ray machines.
